Guided Hunts

51 Ranch Outfitters specializes in providing guided hunts in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness area for elk, deer, and bear. We offer 2:1 and 1:1 guided hunts. Our guides have years of experience in the Idaho backcountry hunting big game.

Your adventure in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness will begin when you fly into the backcountry Shearer airstrip. We will meet you as you land at the airstrip in the morning, load up your gear on horses and mules, and start the 5 hour ride to camp. Lunch will be provided on the trail and dinner will be served at camp.

51 Ranch Outfitters provides all the necessary amenities in the middle of the wilderness. Our camps are well-furnished with wall tents, cots, chairs, and wood stoves. Home-cooked meals are provided and prepared in camp each day.

We have guaranteed outfitter tags. No drawing, no lottery, or hassles. Pricing varies upon services provided. The starting cost for a guided 1:1 hunt is $7500 and 2:1 is $5500. Price does not include tags, license, and flights. Please call 208-400-0852 to get a quote/details.
